   As a teenager myself, teenage drama is often seen through my eyes. cyber Bullying is an issue that I may want to represent in my project because it is something that is often present in the life's of current teenagers. Each and every single teenager has personal issues and events that shape each and every single one of them to be who they will become. CyberBullying is an event that has an immensely large impact in the life's of teenagers and is something that a large amount f teenagers which is the targeted audience for this genre will understand and relate too. 1.-Horror Genre 2.-Genre Conventions (Content) The Horror Genre, contains usually elements relating to death, ghost presences, murder, or the living dead. Horror media is bases on bringing fear and suspense too its given audience, which in horror is from 15-35, because this is an age where thrill is something looked for and enjoyed among these individuals. Horror media is most likely to excite an individual from this age range, then an aged person. Horror films are also very likely to contain paranormal activity, monsters, devils, witches, exorcisms and other subjects that will arouse the audiences fear factor. Blood is another conventional the genre of horror, as well as the surprise factor. Those rapid pops up that cause the audience to jump of their chairs, is common feature of horror films because thats what brings the viewers the adrenaline and thrill, causing them to not only want to keep on watching but too also want to come back after the given film, episode, or experience.

Genre Database Target Audiences: The main target audience for teenage drama, is teenagers, and youth, male and female. However teenage drama does have a wider audiences that includes adults because it is a way for adults to reminisce on their teenage years, and allows adults to feel updated with current youth. Although teenage dramas target audience is teenagers, it has been statistically proven that female teenagers watch more teenage drama films and shows then males, therefore most teen drama films are more appealing towards female viewers. Genre Conventions: Teenage drama film is a genre that relies on the arousal of emotion. Teenage drama aims to tell stories on dramatic themes, teenage struggles, real life issues and this is done so that the audience will feel a connection to film. Introduction

Introduction     I'm not just any typical high school student, my name is Paola Toro, I am 16 years old. I'm from Caracas Venezuela, I have two sisters one younger one, and one older one whom I have never met and recently found out about her. I live in a beautiful home with my stunning mom, and my dad. When I grow up I will be a general surgeon and will become a missionary doctor. I am a determined person, and I achieve my goals, and will fulfill my purpose in life to change the world in any way that I can.  Right now, my purpose for this is too introduce myself and give my reader an insight of who I am and my life in my upcoming posts I will be clearly explain and analyze what the genre teen drama is, I will discuss, genre, Genre conventions (content, film production, institutional conventions, and I will be analyzing two samples. Later on I will be creating my own version of  a teen drama film which will include the features of this genre.
